Things Done Different
At Divine & Associates we do things different than most other agencies in the way in which we handle creative fees and vendor (production) costs for our clients. First, we do not accept commissions; instead we choose to pass along this savings to our clients. Second, we do not charge mark-ups on outside vendor costs such as printing, photography, web hosting, etc. Why?  Because the vendor bills you direct.

Our source of income is our fees for time and talent. And those fees are extremely competitive with those of other agencies. We charge a flat fee for everything we do. In the very rare case when a project gets out of control, adjustments are considered, but never before the client is consulted. It’s a fair arrangement—one that has enabled us to keep clients for a very long time. You’ll never have to wonder how much a project is going to cost, because it’s right there in black and white—no hidden fees, commissions or mark-ups.

Why do we choose to be compensated this way? Three reasons:

1. Advertising for Eternity... should always be affordable, knowing the price He paid!; and

2. Money is the primary cause of confusion and divorce between agencies and clients, these divorces over money never end pretty and are rarely restored. We feel this way eliminates questions and money as a point of potential confrontation; and

3. Lloyd likes to sleep at night. Business done any other way is just a nightmare.
